Condition is excellent. The pickguard still has the factory protective plastic on top. There are surface scratches from playing wear, but they should be minimal or invisible when the plastic is removed.

The connections for the bridge pickup and grounding wire were cut (to be able to remove the pickup from the body). You'll need to resolder. I cut near the solder connections so it's easy to see where the wires go, and left a lot of extra wire to work with! Besides the cut connections, this is 100% original, unmodified.
I cleaned / deoxidized everything.
